These Terms govern your use of the AffTrackers affiliate platform operated by Trackers and Co. By using the platform you agree to these Terms.
Use of the service
You must use the platform lawfully and only for legitimate affiliate marketing. You are responsible for the accuracy of campaigns, deals and payouts you configure.
Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. The demo account (demo / demo) is shared, public and reset periodically.
Responsible gambling
iGaming operators using the platform must comply with applicable licensing and responsible-gambling regulations in their markets. Marketing must target 18+ audiences only.
Liability
The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trackers and Co is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
