What to put in your first email

We can usually answer in one reply instead of three if the first message tells us a little about the program. You do not need all of it, but these details help:

• How many brands or sites the affiliate program covers, and whether they share one back office.
• The tool you use today, if any, and roughly how many active affiliates are on it.
• The deal types you pay: RevShare on NGR, CPA, hybrid, sub-affiliate commissions.
• Your casino or sportsbook platform, so we can tell you how the postback is usually connected on it.

Questions we get most often

Moving from another affiliate platform. Tell us what you are leaving and what you can export from it. Affiliate accounts, sites and deal terms can be brought across, and we will be straight with you about anything that cannot.

Pricing and plans. The Starter and Growth prices are public on the pricing page. For Enterprise, white-label or several brands under one account, email us with the number of brands and an idea of monthly volume and we will reply with a quote.

Technical integration. If your developers want to see the postback parameters before a call, ask for them by email. Most integrations are a landing page that keeps the click ID and a back office that calls one URL on signup and deposit; how it works walks through the steps.

Your personal data. Requests for access, correction or deletion go to the same address; the privacy policy explains what we hold.

Are you an affiliate of a program that runs on AffTrackers?

Questions about your commission, a payout or a deal belong with the operator who runs the program, because they set the terms and approve the payments. Their contact details are in your affiliate dashboard. If you think the tracking itself is wrong, ask the operator to contact us with the affiliate ID and the dates concerned, and we will look at the raw events with them.
