iGaming affiliate software: what it does and how to choose it
An affiliate program in iGaming lives or dies on one question: which partner sent which player, and what is that player worth this month? iGaming affiliate software is the system that answers it. This page explains what the software has to handle in a casino or sportsbook context, how AffTrackers handles it, and how it sits next to the names operators usually shortlist.
Why generic affiliate tools struggle in iGaming
Most affiliate software was designed for e-commerce. A shop pays a percentage of an order, the order is final after the return window, and the job is done. A casino player is different. The value arrives over months, it can go negative, and the commission is usually calculated on net gaming revenue rather than on a single sale.
That changes almost everything about the software. It has to remember a player for as long as they play, not for 30 days. It has to receive deposits, bets, wins, bonuses and chargebacks from the operator's back office, because the number that matters (NGR) only exists after all of those are taken into account. And it has to decide what to do when a high roller wins big and an affiliate's month ends in the red: carry the loss forward, or reset it.
Teams that try to run a casino program on a general-purpose tracker usually end up exporting data to spreadsheets at month end. That is where errors, disputes and late payments start. Purpose-built iGaming affiliate software exists to remove that spreadsheet step.
The features that matter, in the order they bite
1. Tracking that survives the real journey
A player rarely clicks a banner and deposits in the same session. They click on a review site, leave, come back on another device two days later, maybe with a promo code from a streamer. AffTrackers uses first-party tracking on smart links, keeps sub-IDs so affiliates can segment their own traffic, and de-duplicates repeat clicks from the same IP inside a window you set. When there is no link at all, promo-code attribution credits the affiliate whose code the player typed at signup. For streamers, Telegram channels and offline partners, that is often the only signal that exists.
2. Server-to-server postbacks
Cookies alone are not enough any more. The reliable path is a server-to-server (S2S) postback: when a player registers or deposits, the casino's back office calls the affiliate platform directly with the click ID and the event. Nothing depends on the player's browser. AffTrackers receives these postbacks in real time and can also fire outgoing postbacks to affiliates who run their own trackers, so a media buyer sees the deposit in their tool within seconds rather than at the end of the week.
3. Commission plans built for casino maths
RevShare on NGR, CPA, and hybrids of the two are the standard deals. The details are where programs differ: which costs come off GGR before the share is applied, whether a CPA needs a minimum first deposit, and how negative months are treated. In AffTrackers you set a qualifying deposit per program, so a CPA only triggers once a player has actually funded the account, and you choose the negative carryover rule per plan. Deals can differ per brand and per affiliate, which matters when your top partner has negotiated terms nobody else gets.
4. Sub-affiliates and networks
Many good affiliates recruit other affiliates. A two-tier sub-affiliate program pays the recruiter a share of what their sub-affiliates earn. It is simple in principle and easy to get wrong in reporting, so AffTrackers shows sub-affiliate revenue as its own column rather than folding it into the main commission.
5. Reporting your finance team will accept
Affiliates want a dashboard. Finance wants a file. AffTrackers gives affiliates a 30-day chart with clicks, signups and first deposits, and gives the operator reports by day, campaign, affiliate, site and sub-ID with NGR, RevShare, CPA and sub-affiliate revenue side by side, exportable to CSV in one click. If the numbers in the affiliate's view and the finance export ever disagree, the platform has failed at its main job.
6. Fraud and quality control
Bonus abuse and incentive traffic are permanent features of iGaming. Duplicate-click filtering, chargeback handling and the qualifying-deposit rule all exist to stop paying for players who were never going to play. Affiliates also register the sites they promote, so you can approve traffic sources before a single link goes live.
Reports by campaign, affiliate, site and sub-ID
- NGR, RevShare, CPA and sub-affiliate revenue in one table
- Filters by period, campaign and sub-ID
- CSV export for accounting and BI

How AffTrackers compares with the usual shortlist
When operators look for iGaming affiliate software, four names come up again and again: Income Access, MyAffiliates, Affilka and Cellxpert. All four are established products with real customers, and each one has a reason to exist. The honest summary below is based on what each vendor says publicly about itself; feature lists change, so confirm the details with them before you sign anything.
| AffTrackers | Income Access | MyAffiliates | Affilka | Cellxpert | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Focus | Casino and sportsbook programs | iGaming, with managed marketing services | iGaming operators | iGaming, from the SOFTSWISS group | iGaming and online trading |

Income Access is part of Paysafe and pairs its tracking software with an agency side that can run the program for you. If you want to hand affiliate management to an outside team, that combination is the point. If you have your own affiliate manager, you are paying for a service you may not use.
MyAffiliates has been around the iGaming affiliate space for a long time and many affiliates already know its interface, which helps recruitment. It is sold through a sales conversation, as most enterprise tools are.
Affilka comes from SOFTSWISS. Operators already on the SOFTSWISS casino platform get a natural fit with their back office; it can also be used on its own. We have a separate page on Affilka alternatives for teams weighing that choice.
Cellxpert serves both iGaming and online trading brands, which is useful for groups that run both kinds of product under one partner program.
Where AffTrackers is different is the way you buy it. The price is on the pricing page, the demo opens without a call, and a new program can go live the same week. That suits new casino brands, sportsbooks launching an affiliate channel for the first time, and existing operators who are tired of paying enterprise fees for a program with a few dozen active partners. If you run hundreds of brands with a dedicated data team, an enterprise contract may still be the better fit, and our Enterprise plan is priced on request for that reason.
What it costs
AffTrackers publishes its prices: Starter at $49 a month (up to 50 affiliates, RevShare and CPA), Growth at $149 a month (up to 1,000 affiliates, sub-affiliates, hybrid deals, creatives and fraud control) and Enterprise on request (unlimited affiliates and brands, white-label options, API integrations and full migration). Hosting, SSL, backups and updates are included in every plan, and there is no setup fee. The full plan table is on the pricing page.
A checklist before you pick any platform
- Ask how NGR is calculated, line by line, and whether you can change the formula per brand.
- Ask what happens to an affiliate's balance after a month with a big player win.
- Send a test postback from your casino back office during the trial, not after the contract.
- Check that an affiliate can see the same numbers your finance team exports.
- Ask how players who signed up with a promo code, and no link, get attributed.
- Ask how long a migration takes and who does it: you, or them.
Any vendor worth choosing will answer these in writing. You can check the AffTrackers answers yourself in the live demo or read how the setup runs step by step on how it works.
Who uses AffTrackers
Online casinos running their first affiliate program, sportsbooks adding an affiliate channel next to paid media, multi-brand groups that want one back office for several casinos, and affiliate networks that manage traffic for several operators. The casino affiliate platform page goes deeper into the casino side; the online affiliate platform page covers hosting, access and security.

iGaming affiliate software FAQ
What is iGaming affiliate software?
It is the software an online casino or sportsbook uses to run its affiliate program: it tracks the players each affiliate refers, imports their deposits and net gaming revenue from the operator back office, calculates RevShare, CPA or hybrid commissions and shows each affiliate their own dashboard.
How is it different from ordinary affiliate software?
Ordinary affiliate tools pay a one-off percentage of a sale. iGaming affiliate software has to follow a player for months, calculate commission on NGR after bonuses and chargebacks, handle negative months with a carryover rule and pay CPA only after a qualifying deposit.
How do server-to-server postbacks work with a casino?
When a player registers or deposits, the casino back office sends an HTTP request to AffTrackers with the click ID and the event. Because the call goes from server to server, it does not depend on cookies or the player's browser. AffTrackers can then forward the event to the affiliate's own tracker.
Can players be attributed without a tracking link?
Yes. In AffTrackers each affiliate can have a promo code. A player who enters that code at signup is attributed to the affiliate even if they never clicked a link, which is how streamers and Telegram channels usually get credited.
How much does AffTrackers cost?
Starter is $49 a month, Growth is $149 a month and Enterprise is priced on request. Hosting, SSL, backups and updates are included, with no setup fee.
Can I move from Income Access, MyAffiliates, Affilka or Cellxpert?
Yes. The AffTrackers team imports affiliates, commission plans and history from your current platform. Migration is included in the Enterprise plan and guided on Growth.
